Sonesta Simply Suites St Louis Earth City

Your STAFF on all shifts were very welcoming, hospitable and accommodating! I even left an item and the young man went back to check a 2nd time with absolutely NO fuss when I said it had to be there. He found it stuck behind a door. I tried 2 Sonesta's in the KC area recently and decided to give this one a try on a whim. TRUST my expectations for the price were certainly exceeded!!!

Very clean--a major item for me. Nearly full kitchenette: full sized refrigerator, two burner stove, dish washer, microwave, and toaster--very important for frugal travelers. Free laundry room--major item for longer stays or long vacations. Exercise equipment in good order and as good as found in a major gym. Excellent location with several restaurants and local shopping (e.g. groceries and pharmacies).

The staff are the stars of this business! They were exceptionally attentive, helpful and kind. Their performance was stellar.

Great value. Staff was great. Great ammenities for an extended stay, had even more than I expected. I could stay here very comfortably for a long while!

My wife left her clothes along with 30 gold coins in the drawer of the dresser. When we called about it, the worker retrieved everything and is shipping it to us at home. Thank you sonesta simply suites..
